Principle 2: WTP’s Rights __

P2 Set 1: Rights __

  1. __ As stated above, our DOI says, ‘… that all men are created equal … that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights, that among these are Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of Happiness.’
  2. __ Unalienable means no one can take away or give away WTP’s Rights except in justice by a jury of our peers. And yet, WTP let it happen with blind eyes at the ballot box.
  3. __ WTP’s first Right is to protect against the intrusion of our governments into WTP’s daily lives.
  4. __ WTP bought those Rights with blood and souls, with over a million souls to date.
  5. __ The ‘endowment’ of WTP’s unalienable Rights is a moral claim; unalienable Rights have no power themselves. WTP must want them enough to die for them and teach others.
  6. __ The Achilles heel of Liberty is that it allows for political parties to demagogue it to death. But only if WTP listen.
  7. __ WTP were one election away in 2024 from losing our Liberty Rights to political parties, Progressivism, and malfeasance. WTP preserved it until 2026, and WTP must permanently eliminate the political parties’ power.
  8. __ WTP can and must defeat political parties with WePEG1787 and Liberty-Civics Populism.
  9. __ WTP’s Liberty is defined by two kinds of Rights: Unalienable in our DOI and ratified Rights in our DOI/COTUS. It is not a Right, full stop, if it isn’t in WTP’s DOI or COTUS.
  10. __ WTP’s Right to Liberty is held in our DOI based on a declared TRUTH, never to be infringed by our governments.
  11. __ The ‘Pursuit’ is the Happiness Right, not the outcome. Our political parties’ attempt to control Happiness by the government has almost destroyed all WTP’s Rights.
  12. __ Too much ‘Pursuit of Happiness’ has been taken away from WTP by our governments and given away by WTP.
  13. __ Rights apply to every citizen, but only DOI Rights are unalienable.
  14. __ WTP’s COTUS Rights can be changed, as history reveals.
  15. __ State constitutions also must be reviewed to protect WTP’s State Rights.
  16. __ Our 1A in the Bill of Rights gives WTP the Right to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.’
  17. __ There is zero Right to petition our government for a favor. WTP must reject that practice forever. That is the problem with political parties and how they have perverted our government so completely. They use corrupt favors as currency.
  18. __ WePEG1787 is the only weapon and source of courage for WTP to step up as a group in Liberty-Civics Populism and put political party power on the scrap heap of history.
  19. __ Emotion is part of human creation. However, emotion alone can be very destructive to WTP and must not be accepted by WTP in government debate. Emotion is the Achilles’ heel of Democracy, which is why it is so unstable.
  20. __ No group, including men or women, can have its own constitutional Rights that discriminate against everyone else.
  21. __ Our Founders discriminated against slaves and women’s suffrage Rights. Without those compromises, there would be no USA. That was the state of the world at the time.
  22. __ WTP’s DOI/COTUS allowed WTP to resolve both hideous failures and is a cause for celebration, not condemnation of our USA.
  23. __ Political parties seeking power must silence the Truth of our USA’s creation of Liberty for the first time in history and its greatness.

P2 Set 2: Megaphone Rights __

  1. __ A major political problem today is ‘megaphone rights’ championed by the Blue Party.
  2. __ ‘Megaphone rights’ are created by a representative yelling loudly, ‘We have the right!’
  3. __ All that Megaphone Rights are missing is any validity or foundation except for emotion, like children crying out, ‘I want that.’ WTP do not tolerate that in our parenting; we should not tolerate it in our civics.
  4. __ Anyone using the phrase ‘we have the right’ as an argument is without a case. DOI/COTUS Rights require a lot of work to establish; shouting ‘rights’ is an insult to millions of dead souls.
  5. __ Without the work a Right requires, a ‘privilege’ is the only option. The only acceptable megaphone call is, ‘We would like the privilege . . . ‘
  6. __ WTP’s representatives do not have the time to advance Megaphone Rights, so any representative using that phrase anywhere but in a call for an amendment first should be voted out.

P2 Set 3: Healthcare __

  1. __ Healthcare demonstrates the sovereignty of WTP’s Liberty.
  2. __ Healthcare keeps WTP alive; it is an essential responsibility for WTP’s health. And WTP once again gave away our Liberty to the Federal Government, the first time being the 16A with the IRS. And again, with a big Blue Party lie, the un-Affordable Care Act (ACA).
  3. __ Healthcare is the ultimate Blue Party ‘Megaphone Right.’ And it is the exact opposite: the destruction of WTP’s Liberty.
  4. __ And the Red Party could not save WTP. That is the prima facie case for why WTP cannot put our lives in their hands.
  5. __ The first question is, where did the Federal Government get the right to federalize our healthcare system?
  6. __ Once again, our SCOTUS failed us by making a decision that did not need to be made. Chief Justice Roberts should have resigned after making a decision he knew was wrong and did not need to be made.
  7. __ The Blue Party’s journey through the COTUS with their ACA reveals their depravity and determination. They pitched the ACA under the Commerce Clause, Article I, Section 8, Clause 3. But that failed because it was making commerce, not regulating it.
  8. __ Then they switched to the Necessary and Proper Clause, Article I, Section 8, Clause 18. That failed because they were creating the necessity – the existing healthcare system was actually working quite well.
  9. __ All the Blue Party had left was the Power to Tax, Article I, Section 8, Clause 1. They completely shifted the ACA from healthcare to a tax.
  10. __ The problem was that the IRS taxes income; it does not dictate how to create income. The Blue Party was exposed as a giant lie; it forced the court to rule that our government could not compel activity, and the IRS could not enforce collection.
  11. __ The bottom line is, the Blue Party destroyed WTP’s working healthcare system for political power and fought to the death in a government shutdown to keep the massive, corrupt, and temporary subsidies in place.
  12. __ The Blue Party forfeited its right to exist with the ACA. By not saving WTP, the Red Party also forfeited itself.
  13. __ The fact is, 100% of healthcare knowledge exists in WTP.
  14. __ Unless a representative is a doctor, which only a handful have ever been, they have nothing to say about healthcare. There are no circumstances under which WTP can allow our government access to our healthcare again. It is the ultimate control opportunity. And WTP almost lost everything with the un-Affordable Care Act (ACA) big lie.
  15. __ The Business Sector historically provided healthcare insurance as part of its wage package. But they faked ‘health insurance,’ so it wasn’t mobile for the employee.
  16. __ Since small businesses did not have enough people to pay for healthcare, many employees were left out.
  17. __ Membership hospitals like Kaiser Permanente emerged to fill the void.
  18. __ It seems like every time the free market starts to solve a problem, the Blue Party jumps in to capture it as they see another power grab opportunity going away.
  19. __ When a political party started pushing for government health insurance for everyone, the Business Sector switched from contributing to the ‘low tax party’ (Red) to the ‘megaphone healthcare party’ (Blue); moving a high cost to WTP’s government was too good to pass up. That was a huge political gain for the Blue Party at WTP’s expense.
  20. __ The un-Affordable Care Act is an unmitigated disaster, which is the best our governments can do without free market forces that control all outcomes.
  21. __ WePEG1787 ends political party power and opens the floodgates to efficiency, competition, and all the other benefits free markets provide in healthcare, which are almost destroyed at present.

P2 Set 4: Privileges __

  1. __ Every law passed by our governments creates or restricts a ‘privilege,’ never a Right. For example, driving a motor vehicle is not a Right. All states declare it a ‘privilege.’
  2. __ The Civil Rights Act of 1964 is a privilege our representatives can overturn. The Blue Party prevented it from becoming a Right to keep the weapon in play.
  3. __ WTP should have made it an Amendment, but the political parties have usurped WTP’s power.
  4. __ The right to practice religion is a right for every citizen; it is not a group right for those who practice.
  5. __ Groups that form to exercise religion are no different than groups that form to speak on any subject, such as climate change. Everyone can form groups; there is an enumerated Right to assemble and speak.
  6. __ But religion has an enumerated Right to assemble and speak because our Founders knew it would greatly benefit our society. There is nothing our government can do to religion that is unique to it, nor tax it because it is ‘sovereign’ in that respect.
  7. __ No church has ever been taxed. The Blue Party’s ‘501c3 non-profit” weapon was never enforceable. The SCOTUS finally got that one right recently.
  8. __ WTP’s COTUS has a process to amend it, but it omits WTP. That is how much our Founders feared Democracy. Today, citizens over 18 years of age have the Right to vote. But it is not an unalienable right like Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of Happiness.
  9. __ The point of our DOI is to illustrate that everyone’s unalienable Rights must come from something unchangeable above everyone, especially those who seek to rule us. That is our DOI.
  10. __ The hierarchy of our government system, as designed, is: [The bestower of Liberty] > [WTP] > [limited Federal Government] > [limited state government] > [limited local government].
  11. __ The political parties have changed the hierarchy to: [political parties] > [Communist Manifesto] > [Party Representations] > [bloated federal government] > [bloated state government] > [controlled local government] > [we the sheep].
  12. __ The hierarchy should never be changed to give the government more power over WTP.
  13. __ Any group wanting a different ‘bestower of Liberty’ placed above WTP MUST state their ‘bestower’ and then rally WTP to embrace it. Progressivism has never presented its “bestower.”
  14. __ WePEG1787 with Liberty-Civics Populism is the only strategy to restore the hierarchy our Founders created: Liberty. Not because they created it, but because it is the only societal structure that works for WTP, not for the would-be rulers.

P2 Set 5: Other Unalienable Rights __

  1. __ Our DOI implies eight additional unalienable rights.
  2. __ Freedom of conscience – the right to think, believe, and worship freely.
  3. __ Right to self-defense – the natural right to protect one’s life and property.
  4. __ Right to property – the right to own, use, and dispose of possessions lawfully acquired.
  5. __ Right of Family – the right to form and maintain Family relationships.
  6. __ Right to seek Truth – the freedom to learn, inquire, and express ideas.
  7. __ Right to personal integrity – protection against torture, coercion, or involuntary servitude.
  8. __ Right to voluntary association – freedom to assemble and associate with others.
  9. __ Right to work and create – the right to labor, innovate, and benefit from one’s efforts.

P2 Set 6: Entitlements __

  1. __ Liberty is like a muscle; it will atrophy and weaken if we do not use it.
  2. __ Everything our governments do for WTP that is a personal responsibility weakens WTP and destroys our Liberty, our USA, our states, our counties, and our cities because they are the wrong venue for responsibility.
  3. __ Governments cannot provide financial security or health security for WTP because they do not know how to do so. Any decent retirement fund manager could fix Social Security in an hour. Someone should go to jail for Social Security (discussed later).
  4. __ It is imperative that WTP get rid of everything our governments do for WTP because it is unconstitutional, the worst way to do it, and always the most significant reduction of our Liberty possible.
  5. __ It is imperative that WTP eliminate every program and weapon our federal government now uses against WTP.

P2 Set 7: Our Battle to the Death for Liberty __

  1. __ This is WTP’s time to fulfill, for the first time in our USA history, what our Founders designed in 1787: Liberty, but they failed to protect or fully implement it.
  2. __ That means our Founders were right, but they could not make it all work as planned because it required compromise. For example, ending the ownership of certain people did not happen until the Civil War.
  3. __ But it did happen, and today, WTP face our most significant challenge yet. And WTP must overwhelm the ballot box like never before, or the death spiral of Liberty we were in will continue.
  4. __ WTP choose our representatives, and when political parties take control of elections, WTP loose our sovereignty. That must end today.
  5. __ P45/47 and MAGA stopped the bleeding by capturing the Red Party, and all of the political party malfeasance embedded to the core of our governments is being revealed. All we have to do to see it is look.
  6. __ The stakes have never been higher; we face a battle to the death of Liberty against all the evil in the world. No one can set out in 2026 or 2028.
  7. __ WTP are still the sovereign owners of our Representative, Constitutional Republic, because we can still choose our representatives if we stop voting fraud. The question is, what do we do thenWePEG1787 reveals and solves that problem; it is our WMD if WTP want it.
